Building for scale, delivering to production.

I take enterprise systems from architecture through production — designing distributed, high-availability backends, leading engineering teams, and working directly with client leadership to ship business-critical features.

Most of my career has been at Tata Consultancy Services, where I grew from Software Engineer to Technical Team Lead building telecom platforms for CelcomDigi and Vodafone Idea. I've built products from scratch, owned end-to-end delivery in Scrum teams, and helped consolidate platforms through a major telecom merger.

Lately I've focused on Generative and Agentic AI — using LangGraph, LangChain, RAG and MCP to automate workflows that used to eat engineering time. I'm currently based in Kuala Lumpur and open to roles worldwide.

Sales Partner Portal
  • Lead design and development of enterprise backend applications powering dealer onboarding, partner lifecycle management, and telecom business operations.
  • Build scalable Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs with Java, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, JPA, Redis, MySQL and MariaDB across a 100+ microservice ecosystem.
  • Created an end-to-end Playwright test suite that runs headlessly from a single command — raising live orders, capturing screenshots, and auto-generating error reports, cutting manual QA effort significantly.
  • Drive the full delivery lifecycle: architecture, code reviews, CI/CD deployment, production releases and incident resolution while maintaining high availability.
  • Played a key role in the Celcom–Digi platform consolidation, supporting migration of ~3 million subscribers after the merger.

  • Delivered scalable modules for dealer onboarding, outlet and partner management, and approval workflows for the enterprise sales ecosystem.
  • Designed high-throughput Spring Boot microservices handling ~50,000 API calls/day with sub-200ms responses under sustained load.
  • Owned end-to-end delivery in a Scrum environment with weekly client demos, driving the product to a successful go-live in July 2022.
  • Relocated on-site to Malaysia to work directly with client stakeholders and lead continuous platform enhancements.

An AI agent that automates telecom BSS order-recovery workflows. Multi-agent orchestration identifies failed order states and recommends automated recovery actions, grounded in SOP documentation via retrieval.
